Applications to build decks from Weiss Schwarz ( or probably any other CCG )
- setup-local - invokes docker to setup containers which mount files directly
- build-container - builds the arm containers for running in a docker swarm
- docker-compose.yml - compose application which downloads latest tagged image and runs app as compose application
