Normalize out repeated frames

There are problems that don't get clustered together because their reports have different lengths of seemingly recursive calls of functions.
Repeated calls (and cycles up to some length) should be removed for the purposes of clustering normalization. It should be possible to enable or disable this removal by passing parameters to the normalization function.
