Данная команда не выполнится корректно, если не создана папка test_folder:
converter -ogf -object wpn_ak74_hud.ogf -dir test_folder\test_subfolder\

Выдаётся ошибка:
output folder does not exist

Конвертер будет работать только если в -dir указана папка, а не путь к подпапке.

Предложение: реализовать создание подпапок автоматически.
