For example, searching for ISC in the global search takes a long time (±30seconds)

Search on individual object list views: components, packages, licenses, owners is quite fast (less than 1sec) but it's problematic on the Product list.

This needs a bit of investigation.
Also, the global search could be improved to be async, loading instantly and starting the search for each type on the client side.
