it must be accessible to users

users will typically not have access to the infrastructure that hosts the application

But how ? Some part of error message ? Kind of 'message_ex [459ms]" ?

P.S. by the way we I think we need to improve messages text. All those shortcuts look strange inside sci ... just a side thought
