flatMap.pool<T>(maxConcurrency number, flatMapper T=>Monad<T>)

flatMap with limited concurrency.

const asyncPowers = async number => [number, number ** 2, number ** 3]

console.log('start')
flatMap.pool(2, asyncPowers)([1, 2, 3, 4, 5]).then(console.log)
