Transition changes in shortcut coloring

It'd be really cool to use https://maplibre.org/maplibre-style-spec/transition/, but it won't be easy. We swap out the GeoJSON data for each edit entirely. Transitions only work with changing layout properties. But still, worth thinking about eventually.
