The Blackberry button doesn't seem to work, if I press it nothing happens no matter what layer I'm on. I'm not sure if it's a hardware or a software problem.

In which device you when press the blackberry button there is no reaction?

It doesn't work on my Raspberry Pi 5 or my Google Pixel 6 phone.

Hmm, if not it's not working

You can remove the upper case and soler the pads of this button.
theoretically this shouldn't happen because before the delivery I tested all the keys
