Spectral Essence (must equip) cannot be equipped by self-crafted locking access to Scholomance Ghost recipes

Spectral essence is an item you equip to see the ghosts of caer darrow to buy recipes.

Self-crafted need the recipes but cannot equip the item.

A good workaround would be to cast the "you can see ghosts" on anyone who finishes the quest as a workaround and/or register the spectral essence as a self-crafted exception item.
