Add a "context" field to feedbacks

Need from the user's point of view

As a person that makes a feedback, I like to start with the context : when I worked with him/her, which role we had during our time together, etc.

It gives a lot of value for the manager of the person (who does not have all the context) or himself/herself when he/she comes back to my feeback (after month/years when things are a bit forgotten)

I feel like it is lacking in the current interface.

What I currently do to emulate the feature

I tend to give the context in comments but :

1. It does not especially encourage people to give the context
2. It appears at the end in the feedback while it should probably be at the beginning
3. It is in the middle of other comments that might be of an other nature

How I would do it

Add a 'context' field here
