Why are orders not sent to packeta automatically?

Hi,

Either this status is wrong, or not sure why we got this:

it says that the packages are to be submitted, we added product weight on all products, why isnt woocommerce sending this to packed automatically?

Also nothing is on the order log, as to whether was some issues on Packeta, or if there is anything actions to be made by us.

just to clarify, by sending automatically you mean that the orders are not sent to Packetas system and submitted after the order is finished/it's status changes?

when the order is made and paid it should be sent to packeta yes. Without the user doing anything else.

This is a feature, that we are already planning on implementing in one of the future versions of the plugin, but as of now, this is unfortunately not possible.

At this moment, as mentioned in our User documentation (https://github.com/Zasilkovna/WooCommerce/wiki/User-documentation-(EN) ) - the submission of orders to Packetas system is done automatically in one click - meaning there is needed the input of the user to submit the orders. This can be done in one click by either utilizing Bulk actions or individual interactions with orders, as described in the above mentioned documentation.
