Deleting a volume from a series crashes Chrome

Attempting to delete a volume from a series, or deleting a whole series causes Chrome to crash without removing the volumes.
To test if this might be a conflict with extensions, I also tested with a profile with no extensions or addons installed. No Improvement.
Could not recreate the issue in Firefox.

The CBZ files I use are not flat, and have a directory containing the images.
