建议修改一下readme.md里面的安装方式 #4

readme.md的安装方式建议修改一下，应该是用第二个下载以后，uzip master.zip，然后cd Shadowsocks- manager，之后步骤一样。
git测试无法cd到，zip包无法直接cd，要unzip才可以
