How do you create the HDF5 file for your model with the data? Can you make it available?

Sorry since the project was built two years ago and I forgot to include the script to build the HDF5 file. As a result, I cannot figure out easily how the file was built. I'll try to make it out in a few days.

If you are interested in further approaches, maybe refer to TreeAttention which uses the same dataset but the dataset preprocess is easier to perform and the model has better performance.
