ruby 1.9.3 + rails 3.2 + redmine 2.3.1 で動かなかった #1

手元で試したところruby 1.9.3 + rails 3.2 + redmine 2.3.1で動かなかったため、ひとまずforkしてみました。

まだ少ししかテストできていませんが、なんとなく動いているようなのでお知らせだけさせていただきます。

※逆に、古いバージョンで動くかテストできていないです。
