Hi,
My ldap/yunohost account has 2 e-mail aliases.
But for Seafile it's 2 differents accounts.
Don't know if it's really a bug, but it's tricky.

Hi,
I confirm this. From my point of view it's a bug but unfortunatly I'm not sure it can be corrected for now.

http://manual.seafile.com/deploy/using_ldap.html
"The current code of seahub assumes that user name to be email address, so it's not possible to log in with UNIX user names or Windows Domain user names now. The support may be added later."

In yunohost's LDAP the only attribute that have the mail address of the user is "mail" so we have to filter with this but each alias add a mail attribute so it's a new user for Seafile. Maybe it's possible to have a filter on the first mail attribute but I don't know how :/

It's even more confusing when you use email address to login on the desktop client, and when you go on Seafile through Yunohost sso it create a new account with the username instead of the email. I will look into this for fixing it because it's very annoying, even worst than having no sso at all.
