Due to some eye issues, I use high contrast mode with custom colour scheme in Windows. Unfortunately, the YubiKey Personalization Tool mixes hardcoded colours with Windows UI colours, which results in nearly invisible text in the colour scheme I'm using (and if I were using one of the pre-defined high-contrast schemes, the text would be completely invisible).

So this is something I'd like to solve if it's not to tricky. It should be possible to remove some of the color definitions and just use the default.
I've been experimenting a bit with this.. by just dropping all color directives on text most views seem to get quite good, the about/first view gets impossible to read since there is a background color set there. Maybe it's possible to change all these background color to something else..

As long as you set both text and background colour, it's fine - just don't set just the text or just the background (I'm using this colour scheme because I get fatigue if I look at bright backgrounds for too long, so having some UI elements coloured differently doesn't really bother me, and the only reason I'm using high contrast mode is because that's the only way to actually get custom UI colours in recent Windows versions).
