Offset currently held proxy on desktop mode

When holding proxies on desktop they can get in the way of seeing inspectors or otherwise.

Move the proxy similarly to the Flux tool to the top right of the screen for consistency

Describe alternatives you've considered

I guess I can detect when I'm in desktop and just move the proxy? Sadly there's a few components on there that make it difficult such as the lookatuser on the canvas.
