Add Epsilon to ValueEqualityDriver

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The ValueEqualityDriver component has a UseApproximateComparison bool but you are unable to define the epsilon of that comparison.

Describe the solution you'd like

Option 1: Add a float textbox to define your own epsilon under the UseApproximateComparison bool.

Option 2: Remove the UseApproximateComparison bool and replace it with a float textbox for epsilon that defaults to zero.
