We will need to use the data found in: https://www.walkscore.com/cities-and-neighborhoods/ to get our hands on the following information:

The Walking Score of the metro area (may need to be an average not sure what that data looks like)
The Public Transportation Score of the metro area (may need to be an average as well)

Will need to map the above scores to the metro areas

For now this can result in a json file that outputs the above and the metro area the data relates too
