Using the data found in: https://data.census.gov/cedsci/ we want to gather the following data

Median Age
Percentage of Population that identifies as Nonwhite
Literacy Rate (if possible)
Voting Rate (if possible)
Incarceration Rates for white vs nonwhite (this may need to be compared to population percentage breakdown)

for now we can output it as a json file with those and the metro area as the columns
