Currently, some artifacts excavated trough xenoarcheology are a pain and will repeat endlessly anything they hear. It forces admins to come and manually silence them all the time.
It shouldn't be loud all over deadchat, and should be limited to local view from a ghost instead.
This also applies to Circuitry assemblies that have a microphone connected on a remote EpV2,
it's meant to carry the speech over like a radio (that's the intent),
but it shouldn't be loud alllll over deadchat, and should be limited to local view.
What you expected to happen
For the items or remote microphone to not spam deadchat and force admins to come silence it.
What actually happened
It's obnoxiously repeating mutters and sentences in a disorganized fashion -this is fine, it's the idea- but it'll spam at everyone with ghost ears.
When that happens I just straight-up Ahelp for an admin to come silence it.
Steps to reproduce
1- Excavate an item that'll behave as a parrot, those aren't too rare.
2- Say something stupid out loud
3- Everyone with ghost ears will hear it over and over and over again, obnoxiously spamming.

Imo, they shouldn't be counted as a carbon set of says or whatever you call it. I know Ian and the other pets don't show on chat with ghost ears/eyes on when they bark or meow unless you're right next to 'em.
