yabause 0.9.15-win64 Crashes when doing anything

So I start up the emulator and anything I try to do causes it to freeze up (Not Responding) followed by shutting itself down without any kind of error message. It does this even when attempting things such as changing the settings. I can bring the settings menu up but after altering settings and clicking ok it freezes up then shuts itself down.
