Link to documentation not up to date #180

For 2023.1 (main branch) the link to the documentation in the README points to the old documentation. This needs to be update to
https://docs.xilinx.com/r/en-US/Vitis_Libraries/index.html

For 2022.2 branch, the link is better but points to latest version (2023.1).

The doc needs to be kept on sync with the version of the library
