  • replace /index.html with an Angular index.html
  • add routing to route to /id

You should know I've changed the default routing behaviour of the app by turning on Html5mode = true. That's why there are no /#/ prefixes on the URLs (for example, http://xignal.co/id/xxx instead of http://xignal.co/#/id/xxx. I did this for consistency across server side and client side routing.
