create class ApplitoolsApiPremium
add methods ApplitoolsApiPremium.setBranch() and ApplitoolsApiPremium.setParentBranch()
explain hoe to use them in wiki (for this, use this tutorial)

Methods themself are not premium but the effect they make on applitools test manager is only visible for premium users
