Installation lacks some useful extensions

We're adding documentation for every kernel export at the moment and we're sorely missing two plugins:

• A syntax highlighting plugin (for the syntax blocks)
• Scribunto (for easy infobox templates)

It would be preferable to get these installed sooner than later as that would mean we don't have to rework all those pages once the plugins do get installed.

Also requesting https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Cite as adding sources is currently pretty annoying and almost nobody does it properly.

@Grovespaz I'm not sure how I feel about Scribunto to be honest. Can you give a concrete example how / why you'd use it? lua feels a bit too powerful (possible security risk?) and kind of out of place. Most things we need can probably be done as separate mediawiki plugins (in a more secure and standardized fashion).

I enabled the Cite, ImageMap and SyntaxHighlight extensions. Let me know if there are any problems.
