Tunneling: Connect to specific Line #529

It would be nice if we could configure a tunneling connection not only to a specific server IP, but instead also to a specific IA or Line (first 2 Parts of IA -> "1.1").
If one has multiple tunneling interfaces and dynamic IPs this would make sure xknx always terminates it's tunnel on the right Line and Line-Filters can be set accordingly. Also failover to another interface on the same line would be possible.
