Possible ways to detect an outdated project file

• Payloads telegrams don't match DPT - triggering xknx.ga_dpt log warnings
• Telegrams addressed to GAs that are not included in project data. Might yield false negative for telegrams sent from HA or other non-ETS sources that aren't configured in the project - eg. with a dummy. Or test telegrams.
• GAs used in entity configuration that aren't included in project data. Might have same issues as above
