Water from DH LODs not rendering with Bliss. Cant remember if this had a workaround or not, looking for clarification. #368

I know this has probably been reported to death but I seem to recall that this issue kinda resolves itself if a setting is tweaked or if the shader gets reloaded, but ive tried the latter already so im not entirely sure what setting I should be looking for, if it even exists. Any insights from anybody are valued.

-Fabric 0.16.9
-Latest Bliss build
-DH Latest Nightly
-Iris 1.7.5

It seems like some water gets rendered but it seems very situational:

side note; water also goes opaque when under Y=65 for whatever reason

does this happen with other DH compatible shaders like Photon, shrimple, BSL, or complementary?

Bliss seemed to be the only offender i could find at the time. BSL and Complementary worked fine for me, still need to test Photon and Shrimple though.
