Very bright Lighting in F1 or Spectator Mode

Describe the bug

Screen / Lighting turning very bright when in F1 or Spectator Mode.

Describe how your minecraft is set up

Normal:

F1:

Spectator:

Mods: Various performance mods (Sodium, Distant Horinzons, ...)
Some vanilla-friendly gameplay mods (like Better Combat, ...)
Physics Mod (i think that could cause things but i'm not sure)

Describe how to reproduce the bug

It's very common for me to get this bug, just create any world with any world gen mod, and it happens.
