Describe the bug
Closing the Manager from the taskbar right-click menu causes a NullReferenceException if there is an update prompt (e.g. Mod Loader update) open.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run SADX Mod Manager.
  2. Check for updates.
  3. Wait for an update prompt to show up.
  4. Right-click the Manager icon in taskbar and select "Close all windows".
