Did you install dxvk and is your copy of the SA Mod Manager in your SA2 folder?

If the answer to both of these is yes, then this is an issue with dxvk. You can resolve it by moving the SA Mod Manager outside of the sa2 installation folder.

I didn't install dxvk. My SA Mod Manager is in my SA2 folder.

I moved it to my desktop and there was no change.

I seems to be all the pop ups, and drop down menus that have black boxes.

It may be drivers related, or Windows itself related. Make sure you installed the latest drivers (especially GPU drivers) and Windows updates. Also, update your mod manager. Check for the bug again.

Apologies for the late reply to this. Unfortunately I suspect this could be an issue with some setup on your system which poses a problem for testing it. Assuming everything's up to date, could be worth checking to see if there's any settings from a GPU related app (anything like nVidia's various control panels) modifying the program. WPF itself uses D3D9, so any graphical issues occurring that aren't easy to replicate are likely to be related to some issue in the d3d9 pipeline.

Maybe you're using some sort of customization software, like WindowBlinds? It can cause issues like this. If you're using it, please disable it and then check for issues. If not, then show the list of programs you're using ('WIN' + 'R' -> type 'control.exe' -> 'Programs and features' -> 'Add or remove programs' IIRC or something like that, I'm not currently on Windows so I can't tell exactly) by screenshoting it and adding it to your answer here. Because idk what can cause this.
