Miner keep restart mining without any error

It worked fine before yesterday. Today I noticed the right column in periodic report never exceed 1h. I scroll up to see what happened. I saw every several minutes (mostly under 1 hour), it restart the process, and shows following lines.

It impacts the performance a lot, because every time it restarts, it switch to dev fee mining.

I just started having this issue a couple of days ago too, it seems to get progressively worse. That is to say it is happening with a higher frequency than before, started at every 8 hours or so, now it's every 15 minutes. I'm going to try unzipping a fresh copy of the binaries to see if that sorts it out. However it is weird.

I have the exact same issue. After 4 Week the first time this issue occure. I have no idea whats the problem is or how i can fix it.

My System:
Win 10, 5900x, 32gb memory
