Incomplete Filelist for dvdbnd1

I was having trouble trying to add Sirius's models, and encountered unexpected crashes. I looked in the filelist.txt and noticed that nearly half of the files present in the extracted folder were not present in the filelist. Alongside this, numerous entries had the same index number.

To replicate, extract and rebuild dvdbnd1. Dark Souls will crash on startup.

A bit late on this one, but are you saying that something as simple as extracting DVDBND1, making no changes, and then rebuilding is causing crashes?

Specifically, something goes horribly wrong when it builds its filelist. Files are grouped by index number rather than ordered, and the vast majority of items are missing.
