情報解禁から本番までの進行（11/25（土）の結果を受けて考える）
いつやるか（理想：2024年1月、妥当：2024年3月末までに）
どこでやるか（現案：Discordのステージ、場合による：現地会場）
だれが話すか（笠井康平、小澤みゆき、+α）
何時間話すか（基本は60分。最大でも2時間）
有料にするか（チケット購入者は追加費用なし。単発の一般観覧は有料？　オープンβだから無料？）
