60分の時間に収まるように調整する。
スライド資料は細かめにつくり、1枚5～10分ほどと見込む。

話す内容を見出し2レベルまで書き出す（いまは見出し1）
それを仕分けし、5～6枚のスライド資料にする
本番までにDiscordチャンネル（有料ゾーン）に投稿する
視聴希望の方から質問などあれば対応する
