Migrate to Safe contracts #14

Currently the deprecated Gnosis MultiSig is used as a multi signature contract for the WrappedBTC DAO. The development and maintenance of this was stopped in 2021 in favor of the newer Safe contracts. The Safe contracts are actively maintained, use less gas, provide better UX and are supported by more tooling.

Therefore we recommend upgrading from the deprecated Gnosis MultiSig to the new Safe contracts for the WrappedBTC DAO.

If any support is required the Safe Team is happy to support this.

Richard (Safe Co-Founder)

The DAO is now transfering ownership to a new multisig (albeit still from a deprecated version), but it is a good timing to suggest an alternative.
Gnosis is part of the DAO, why won't you or someone from Gnosis deploy such a contract with the new signer addresses from here #12 and suggest it to the DAO?

additional msig deployed, to be used to exec lower security txs (threshold currently set to 3/13)
