I prefer to close issues with the commit-text "Fixes #XXX", which only triggers when the relevant commit is merged into master.

Currently, Auto Issue Creator automatically closes issues the moment the comment is removed from source code, which is actively counterproductive in my situation.

This issue is to propose that this secondary functionality be optional and configurable.
