I will add more information if I get it. At a recent workshop, one of the teachers had the Moon orbits display like this:
The scale is clearly wrong, despite the fact that the size slider was set to "Actual."
Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this. I asked the teacher to send me a screenshot, but I didn't think to ask what computer/browser she was using. I believe it may have been a chromebook. If I get more information from her I will add it here.

Not the same as 209. 206 is based on time, this is based on the un-syncing of the UI to the SolarSystem Scale variable. I can look into what could make this happen, but maybe the tour changed the value and it was not restored after playing.
There was no tour involved when this happened. I was showing the teachers how to use different modes in the web client, and when one of the teachers turned on the moon orbits on her browser/computer, this is what they looked like. Luckily she was astute enough to realize that is not what they are supposed to look like
