Feedback on building a block theme

Just tracking the missing features and bugs that I ran into while trying to build a block theme the other day. That way I can go through the list and get little dopamine hits when I check each checkbox, hopefully in time for 6.7.

Missing features:

• Group: Add support for shadows #62258

Ha yes I stole the structure of this issue from #48443. It's possible some of the items in that issue have been fixed already, I'll try to do an audit sometime.
