Assuaging block development concerns and anxieties

This is another article idea that emerged from a conversation with @MadtownLems.

The proposal here is for an article that lists frequent anxieties that concern block developers and addresses them by attempting to assuage those anxieties.

Some research and discovery would be needed here to find out what the most frequent concerns and anxieties that exist among developers are when it comes to block development. Some that @MadtownLems mentioned:

• future-proofing,
• black box tooling,
• adapting/changing established workflows and practices
