I would like to have Mouse Scroll Wheel Up and Mouse Scroll Wheel Down added to the keymap choices when mapping keys in the Remap > Special Characters section of wootility.

I'm a full time author and for my use I scroll in small amounts while typing to keep the current line I'm working on near the middle of the screen to prevent neck pain. Arrow keys are impractical since it moves my cursor from where I'm typing/editing and Page Up and Page Down are too large of movements. The software I use does not support Scroll Lock functionality.

My current solution is using an autohotkey script to send mouse wheel up/down instead of page up/down but I'd like to have this implemented through wootility instead. I have been able to replicate all of my other autohotkey scripts except for the mouse wheel one so this would allow me to completely stop using autohotkey and have everything baked into my keymap without having other software running.
