LSPServer version mismatch reported at startup.

Replication

Was experimenting with .vsnb. Created file, evaluated 2+2

Expectation

Picture of SW appears with herald trumpets and/or 4

Actual

LSPServer and CodeParser do not have the same major.minor version. LSPServer version: 1.11. CodeParser version: 1.10 and no evaluation.

Regression

I am using an internal build of a possible future version of WolframKernel so perhaps this is problematic?
