I fix this problem
1.rm -rf your_project/plugin/phonegap-facebook-plugin
2.delete 'phonegap-facebook-plugin' settings of the plugin/ios.json and plugin/fetch.json
3.rm -rf yout_project/platforms/ios/yout_appname/plugins/phonegap-facebook-plugin
4.to add phonegap-facebook-plugin
