Geomap: Changing any option when data are between 0 and 1 gives "Disconnected from the server" error

Changing any option of Geomap (except Heatmap Opacity) gives "Disconnected from the server" error message with grey screen when data are of the following form: 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, etc., but the error does not arise if the data are in the following form instead: 1, 2, 3, etc. Test files provided for convenience. Can anyone replicate?
