Problem with load extension

Hi,

I came across your code a few days ago. The idea looks very interesting but I cannot load the extension.
Reason could be a new version of chrome and a bit different mechanism for it - it was 2 years ago where you wrote this code.

Cypress has its own runner but we can have substituted in WDIO could you take a look at it?
