With the new submission page, we'll need a fair bit of documentation update:

reference new submission page as the primary one
reference old page as (class)
document new page functions with emphasis on:
- captcha for anonymous
- required fields
- association with account
- pull from time exif
- set up email notification with submitter, photographer, and others
configure how to show old submission page (classic)
