Found as part of QA for a different ticket. Needs to be tested thoroughly:

Sighting owned by Admin account
Admin and TestContributor have edit collaboration in place
TestContributor accessed Sighting and added new annotation
TestContributor could not delete new annotation
Admin could delete new annotation
