Expected behavior
When a Marked Individuals has a nickname, it is displayed in the encounter notification email.

Current behavior
When a Marked Individuals has a nicknames, it is displayed as “@INDIVIDUAL_ALT_ID@” in the encounter notification email.

Dependent on completion of WildMeOrg/wildbook-docs#41

Testing has shown this is happening in SeadragonSearch, too.
